Welcome to VIAMATION (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VIAMATION’s automation services (the “Service”). By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using VIAMATION, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Subscription and Access
- VIAMATION is available only through a paid monthly subscription.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Your access is contingent on payment of the applicable subscription fee.
Use of the Service
- VIAMATION provides automation for everyday business tasks including, but not limited to email management, calendar coordination and other automations.
- You authorise VIAMATION to connect to third-party services (e.g., email platforms, calendars and other platforms) on your behalf, solely for the purpose of providing these automations
- You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the outputs or recommendations provided by the Service.
Data and Content
- You may submit content or data to the Service, some of which may be stored for operational continuity and service delivery.
- VIAMATION does not take responsibility for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data or content you submit.
- Data may be processed using proprietary models and/or third-party APIs as required to deliver the Service.
Account Management
- Although registration is required to use VIAMATION, this may not occur directly through the website.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any login credentials associated with your account.
No Guarantees
- VIAMATION makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uptime of the Service.
- You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted under Irish law, VIAMATION disclaims any liability for:
- Business losses arising from use of the Service.
- Decisions made based on Service output.
- Failures in integration or automation with third-party services.
Termination
- VIAMATION may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if the Service is discontinued.
- In the event of termination, we may retain data for a limited period, solely to enable a smooth service closure or account migration.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its content (excluding usersubmitted data) remain the exclusive property of VIAMATION.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
